Use relevant IT systems to Manage and prioritise workload to complete repairs in a timely manner
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
Responsible for repairs to lighting circuits, sockets, fuseboards and other electrical systems during electrical testing
Communicate clearly with tenants or residents about the nature of the repair and expected outcomes
Provide high levels of customer care at all times
Ensure work areas are left clean and safe after completing repairs
To undertake installation, service, repair, and maintenance of a broad range of domestic properties
Respond to emergency call outs when required, including out of hours shifts if applicable
Inspect and test electrical installations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Replace or repair faulty components such as switches, outlets, light fittings and circuit breakers
Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily testing targets
