The Community Maintenance Associate ensures that the physical aspects of the community are well‑maintained, meeting standards for grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting service team members. The role involves daily inspections, litter removal, and upkeep of common areas to provide a clean and safe environment for residents.
Incumbents must hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces, as well as work in all weather conditions.
The job demands lifting up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, along with occasional travel to assist other properties or attend training. Flexible scheduling is required, including on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20, with final compensation based on business needs, experience, skills, and location. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs tied to individual and company performance.
