  • Recommandation des développements techniques: Participer à l’effort d’optimisation des propriétés géotechniques et des recommandations y en découlant ; Rédiger des documents techniques. Interpréter correctement les conditions du sol et du roc afin d’en comprendre leur impact sur la conception et construction.
  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, génie géologique ou en science.
  • Conception de solution en matière d’ingénierie: Participer à la conception géotechnique d’ouvrages variés. Procéder aux calculs et analyses requises (résistances géotechniques, tassements, stabilité de pente ou de murs de soutènement, etc.) de manière analytique ou numérique
  • Entre 5 à 10 années d’expérience en géotechnique.
  • Gestion de projet: Gérer l’équipe de projet, incluant la gestion administrative du projet (budget, échéancier, qualité, risque, interventions de chantier, etc.). Accompagner techniquement les clients dans leurs projets et élaborer des solutions géotechniques adaptées à leurs besoins spécifiques, le tout en collaboration avec les différents professionnels impliqués dans le projet.
  • Être autonome.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
  • Gestion des connaissances: Participer à des projets multidisciplinaires avec les différents services professionnels de GHD.
  • Excellente maitrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
