  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and planning teams to ensure alignment
  • Maintain and manage the ILI run schedule, including making real-time updates and adjustments to support business needs
  • Analyze complex data sets to create reports that drive business value and operational improvement
  • Report out on schedule changes, capacity issues, and business impact to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Make confident, sound scheduling decisions under pressure and communicate clearly with impacted stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and D365
  • Continuously improve scheduling and reporting processes by leveraging data, tools, and feedback
  • Identify and communicate capacity constraints and conflicts, bringing awareness to key stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Facilitate and lead escalation calls, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and resolution

  • Demonstrated experience in process modeling, reengineering, and improvement initiatives, including the use of process modeling tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and creating visual representations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel; experience with data modeling and querying using SQL or similar languages
  • Experience facilitating meetings or escalation calls with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading or mentoring junior business analysts or cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Proven experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and technical teams; ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations
  • Ability to analyze constraints and assess risk to scheduling plans
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience in scheduling or operations planning, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by understanding the broader business context and aligning analysis activities with organizational goals
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Experience working with Salesforce and D365 preferred
  • Strong background in reporting and analytics using Excel and Power BI
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Will consider experience in lieu of formal degree.
  • Strong decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions
  • Business analysis or related field experience gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and developing business cases
