Description

The Finance Executive will support a range of finance functions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting. This role involves handling vendor processes, month‑end activities, budgeting, forecasting, and the consolidation of financial information for client reporting, all within our Singapore office.

• Monitor and consolidate monthly vendor cost accruals; follow up on pending invoices and AR collections.
• Support month‑end closing activities, including expense accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; track KPIs such as budget versus actuals.
• Collect, consolidate, and maintain financial documents; manage purchase‑order trackers for budget monitoring.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve invoice issues and serve as the primary contact for payment matters.
• Address finance system discrepancies, including PO GL code and GL‑mapping issues.
• Prepare, review, and renew contracts involving financial obligations, ensuring compliance with finance policies.
• Support annual budget preparation, monthly spend reconciliation, and variation control.
• Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial information for client reporting and corporate purposes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline, is fluent in English and the local language, and possesses advanced Excel and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication skills and solid knowledge of accounting principles are essential. The position is based on‑site in Singapore, and JLL welcomes applicants even if they do not meet every requirement.
