Requirements

The Washington, DC office in Arlington, VA is seeking an ambitious Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer who thrives on challenges and wants to grow their career. Candidates should have knowledge and experience designing plumbing and fire‑protection systems and be familiar with all phases of building design, including construction administration.

• Layout and size plumbing and fire protection systems.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Capability to design plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and NFPA standards.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• General knowledge of applicable codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering preferred.
