The Maintenance Technician supports the community by completing make‑ready units to company standards, addressing resident service requests promptly, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units, maintaining pool chemistry and safety, re‑keying locks, inspecting and correcting safety hazards, and keeping common areas clean and functional. The role also includes shared on‑call duty, inventory monitoring, and accurate record‑keeping.
Candidates should possess general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA standards, as well as building‑system familiarity, service orientation, and basic computer skills. Experience as an apartment turn, make‑ready, or work‑order technician is highly desirable; HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred, and bilingual or English speaking ability is required.
