
Develop project plans and define required resources, schedules, and deliverables
Prepare material orders, cost breakdowns, and supporting documentation
Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
Review proposals, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope, labor, and materials required
Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all estimates
The Estimator is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for small to mid-sized construction projects under the supervision of senior leadership. This role supports project planning, pricing, and execution to ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in NYC, or we will fully relocate and pay to move to NYC!
High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred
Must be eligible to work in the United States, unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
Minimum of two years of relevant estimating or construction experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience using estimating software such as Accubid preferred
Must have electrical estimating please when applying.
