The role involves delivering projects ranging from small rural sites to multi‑million‑pound schemes, contributing to the Uisce Éireann Growth & Development Programme and the Engineering Services Provider Framework under the RC4 regulatory period (2025‑2029).

AECOM’s digital strategy will see you shaping and applying global digital solutions—BIM, ProjectWise, intelligent P&IDs, and proprietary tools—to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across projects.

Lead development and integration of MEICA design from concept through detailed design, coordinating with civil and process engineering.
Forecast technical and resource needs for bids, prepare proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates to win projects.
Monitor and manage project delivery to meet agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and compliance standards.
Promote health, safety, and competency of staff on site and in the workplace.
Build and lead geographically diverse MEICA teams, overseeing recruitment, line management, and staff development.
Drive adoption of digital tools such as BIM, ProjectWise, intelligent P&IDs, and in‑house solutions.
