The role is responsible for driving sales growth of Loom Solar’s products by training distributors and engaging customers. It expands the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high‑potential partners from the solar industry and competitors, and builds long‑term trust to keep Loom Solar the preferred choice for solar solutions.
The incumbent will visit at least ten retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors each day to promote Loom Solar products and conduct cold‑calling to generate new business opportunities. They will develop and convert leads into active partners, negotiate to position Loom Solar as the preferred brand, and prepare customized quotations. All visits, leads, and sales data must be recorded in the company’s sales application, and dealer queries answered promptly to maintain strong relationships. The role also ensures a 30‑day stock availability with channel partners, tracks stock movement and secondary sales, and conducts training sessions to enhance product knowledge and trust.
Candidates should hold an ITI or Diploma in Electrical and have 0‑1 years of experience in solar product, channel, or electrical product sales. A strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solutions is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Willingness to travel extensively, being self‑driven, target‑oriented, and passionate about renewable energy are essential, and candidates must have a two‑wheeler for mobility.
