Roving Assistant Property Manager

Description

• Assist with property marketing efforts and ensure materials are up to date
• Ensure model and target apartments are clean and presentable
• Maintain and update leasing documentation and marketing logs
• Complete market survey reports
• Prepare and execute lease documents with all required signatures
• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Handle daily outreach marketing (Craigslist, community connections, etc.)
• Accept and process rental applications
• Help build and maintain strong resident relations programs
• Maintain strong curb appeal across the property

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to complete online training courses
• Excellent customer service mindset
• 160 hours after 5+ years
• 120 hours in Years 2–4
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 80 hours in Year 1
• Previous multifamily housing leasing experience
