To assist in the production of reports and inquiry documentation.
Produce accurate and complete records
Work closely with other elements of the design team to ensure effective collaboration on multi-disciplinary projects.
Assist in the checking of Documents produced by other members of the team.
To assist in the estimation of timescales for a specific task.
Liaise as necessary with the designer and operations personnel to determine the most suitable and practical interpretation of design requirements.
Produce Drawings and Material Schedules with particular emphasis on substation designs to the required standard first time and within time scales set.
Ensure that Procedures and Manuals provided for compliance with the appropriate Quality Assurance Standards are applied.
Drive a Safety by Design approach at all times.
Produce accurate packages with minimum of rework
To assist in the training of junior members of staff and direct contract/agency personnel & technicians with their duties.
To actively develop working methods to improve the quality and quantity of the output.
To comply with project and function specific standards and practices.
