Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems. The supervisor will oversee maintenance and reliability activities, manage teams, implement improvement strategies, and optimize processes for efficient and safe operation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or have equivalent experience, with ten plus years of industrial R&M experience and at least five years in supervisory and budgetary roles. They need strong technical knowledge of equipment, familiarity with best practices, leadership, problem‑solving, analytical, communication skills, proficiency in maintenance management software, and willingness to travel and be on call.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of industrial repair & maintenance experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory/budgetary role.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and reliability improvement techniques.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel as needed and be on‑call for critical operations.
