Worked on Redundant PLCs configurations.
The work involves System Testing of Products based out of PCS 7.
Responsible for writing bug reports and verifying them after fixes.
Hands on working exp on field devices (Commissioning, Configuring, Parametrizing)
In Addition, responsible for carrying out Performance Tests.
Involves in interacting with Business Partners for technical clarifications.
Responsible for Designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test cases, and Test case automation for Products based out of PCS 7.
Performs Test Automation of existing Test cases

In depth understanding on FDA, GMP and CFR
Hands-on Experience with SIMATIC products or DCS comissioning
Worked on Failsafe configurations.
Knowledge on Product Testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
BE - Electrical, Electronics & Communications or Instrumentation Engineering with 3-5 years of total experience in DCS with experience in process like Pharma, F&B, Oil & Gas, etc. (experience in PCS 7 SIMATIC Batch is an added advantage).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Worked on SCADA HMI (in-depth knowledge)
Hands on working Exp. on continuous and sequential control logics.
Knowledge on fieldbus protocols like HART, Profibus , Modbus ,Profinet, Profibus & Foundation Fieldbus, TCP/IP is must.
Knowledge of sensors/transducers - Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow, Control Valves
Commissioning experience of process plants
Hands on working Exp. on field devices.
