Management of all lease and key property documentation
Management of all incoming Client work demands and assignment to proper Teams
Preparation of lease abstraction reports to agreed timescales
Set up of all new leases and maintenance of existing records.
Ensure all lease management process documentation is kept up to date and accurate in accordance to our clients SLA’s & KPI’s
Provide feedback to team members via quality report on quality of the abstracted output.
Review and signoff of the abstraction output.
Initiation of abstraction process of lease/property documentation
Daily support in lease abstraction queries and responding to requestors via e-mail

Adherence to internal and external audit requirements
Ability to review complex legal documents to extract relevant points relating to lease abstraction.

Understanding of commercial leases and key events such as deeds of variations, breaks, rent reviews, assignment, and termination.
Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills
You must be Fluent in spoken and written English
Deep understanding of real estate laws and senior housing needs.
Professional experience in Lease Abstraction, Database Management, Real Estate maintenance is a must
