Reporting to the Account Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors with support from Administration and Service Coordinating teams.
The Service Manager will play a pivotal role managing a key account customer focusing and oversee the planning, rostering and job scheduling to ensure that services are delivered to the client efficiently and in line with legislative and client contractual requirements. The roles success is measured on how quickly we can resolve the customer needs and close of the business platforms within the contract time frame .
