Working from their vibrant office in central London, you will be a key player in translating creative concepts into detailed and executable plans. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the designs are not only visually stunning but also functional and feasible. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in client interactions, pitching ideas, and ensuring the clients’ visions are realised to the highest standards.
- Address technical challenges that arise during the construction phase, providing solutions that maintain the integrity of the design
- Review and refine design documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals and client expectations
- Develop detailed design and construction documents and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from design development to construction
- Prepare and present design proposals and technical details to clients, articulating the vision and addressing any technical concerns or adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of our projects
- Work closely with the design and on-site team to ensure that the creative vision is maintained throughout the project while considering practical and technical constraints
