The professional is preferred to have experience in working on various project life cycles of urban.
Knowledge of Government policies, acts, frameworks, schemes/programmes related to urban development and expertise in report writing will be preferred.
Hands-on professional experience of minimum 8-12 years in spatial planning, City development plans, town- planning schemes, undertaking Land-use and FSI planning, DCR & Policy analysis, feasibility studies with in-depth analysis of infrastructure requirements.
Candidate required to possess bachelor's in architecture along with master's in urban planning or related field.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS office. Exposure to ArcGIS will be preferred.
