  • Proven experience in RPA development and implementation using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Understanding of scripting best practices, including error handling, logging, and code modularity.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, support and RPA platform deployment and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and VBScript.
  • Experience with scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Certification in RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
  • Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a computer science or a relevant degree from a recognized University.
  • Experience with managing and supporting RPA platforms and infrastructure.
  • Ability to write and maintain scripts for task automation and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
