Troubleshoot machining issues, optimising processes for efficiency and precision.
Work from engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components.
Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to support continuous improvement activities.
Program, set, and operate Mazak Quick Turn (QT250), Mazak Integrex, or Mazak QT Primos 150 machines (depending on shift requirements).
Maintain safe working practices and comply with all health & safety procedures.
Conduct quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools to ensure components meet tolerances.

Strong CNC turning knowledge and proficiency in Mazatrol programming.
