Role

Carry out machine setup, tooling adjustments, and offsets to maintain machining accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining issues, optimising processes for efficiency and precision.
Work from engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components.
Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to support continuous improvement activities.
Program, set, and operate Mazak Quick Turn (QT250), Mazak Integrex, or Mazak QT Primos 150 machines (depending on shift requirements).
Maintain safe working practices and comply with all health & safety procedures.
Conduct quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools to ensure components meet tolerances.

Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Flexibility to work exclusively on weekend or night shift patterns.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Proven hands-on experience with Mazak Quick Turn, Mazak Integrex, Mazak QT Primos 150, or Mazak QT250 machines.
Strong CNC turning knowledge and proficiency in Mazatrol programming.
