This is a progressive HR role where you’ll contribute to strategy through data-driven insights. You’ll support the enhancement of HR analytics, help streamline processes, and assist in optimising AI use across People & Culture. Your work will inform organisational planning, performance, and policy.

  • Apply predictive analytics and AI to improve HR planning and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse HRIS/payroll data (iChris, PageUp) to uncover trends and inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Collaborate across HR, Payroll, ICT, and Finance to support data integration and reporting.
  • Shape HR strategy through data storytelling and system-driven insights
  • Analyse historical data to identify trends, correlations and actionable insights
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for workforce reporting and insights.
  • Streamline and automate HR processes using data and visualisation tools.

  • Permanent hybrid role in Brisbane CBD, Rockhampton or South Burnett
  • Proven experience with HRIS/payroll systems and workforce data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex data environments.
  • Skilled communicator who transforms data into actionable insights that drive HR outcomes.
  • Degree qualified in HR, Data Analytics, or a related field; HR analytics certification is a plus.
  • Skilled in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and R/Python for reporting and insights.
