In this newly created role, the Payroll Specialist will handle day‑to‑day processing and administration of multi‑state payroll, working closely with the Human Resources team to ensure accurate, timely payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while also supporting payroll reporting and tax activities and serving as a point of contact for employee payroll questions.
The position includes an Export Control Notice: certain roles may require access to information subject to Export Administration Regulations and may limit consideration of foreign nationals from countries not on the DOE’s Generally Authorized Destinations List.
