Assist superintendents and field personnel on system and code applications
Coordinate technical documents with other disciplines/contractors
Calculate, design and coordinate a project from beginning to end
Modify and/or create processes to ensure consistent production and document control
Prepare fire alarm drawings using AutoCAD based from working both site visits and architectural prints
Maintain project drawing files and records
Perform on site surveys
Assist sales department with system configuration, specification review and code applications for estimating projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
High School diploma or GED is required
APS State of TX preferred
Strong knowledge of industry codes such as IFC, NFPA, IBC, and NEC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
25% driving
Strong customer service skills
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Fire Alarm system design and Auto CAD
Ability to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environment
Construction experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings
