• Develops or reviews Project Execution Plans across all project aspects.
• Oversees execution, coordination, and regular progress reviews.
• Makes independent decisions and recommendations while managing project activities.
• Maintains trust by communicating progress, challenges, and solutions transparently.
• Sets clear expectations for scope, schedule, productivity, and budget.
• Receives administrative guidance aligned with project policies and organizational objectives.

• Ensures compliance with customer Basis of Design, codes, and regulations.
• Fulfills all safety compliance requirements, including Safety by Design, Constructability, and Maintainability.
• Applies lessons learned to improve execution.
• Assigns tasks, provides technical guidance, and oversees work for medium and large projects.
• Uses the risk register to support contingency planning.
• Builds strong relationships across levels, disciplines, and geographic locations.
• Ensures that organizational methodologies, processes, tools, and systems are consistently applied.
• Aligns communication with agreedupon protocols and expectations.
• Manages cash flow, accounts receivable, and workinprogress to minimize DSO.
• Builds support for ideas and presents wellreasoned alternatives and recommendations.
• Follows organizational risk management processes.

Requirements

• Possesses experience with procurement, subcontracting, and fieldbased construction support.
