Receptionist (UAE National)

Description

• Look after the front office.
• Welcome guests to the office.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages.
• Format documents, assist in report preparation, printing and binding.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and logs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and tidiness of reception, meeting rooms and office facilities.
• Manage office supplies inventory and purchasing.
• Coordinate maintenance work with building management.
• Oversee driver and handle document/post deliveries to other offices.
• Arrange travel bookings, including hotel, air and land transport.
• Organise lunches for guests, workshops and celebrations.
• Organise health and safety training sessions.
• Serve refreshments to guests and senior management during meetings and events.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrate excellent time‑management skills, be confident working under pressure and multitasking, and possess advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
