Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive descriptions of epics, user stories, requirements, tasks, bugs, and acceptance criteria.
Drive Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among team members.
Maintain Project Documents: Follow PRINCE2 methodology for documentation, including weekly status reports, risk logs, Steering Committees etc.
Lead and Manage Data Projects: Oversee all projects within the Digital Data & Analytics, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and with specific focus on all aspects of data products delivered.
Drive Daily Standups: Conduct daily meetings to follow up on tasks, identify blockers, and provide necessary support. Anchored around DevOps
Weekly Reviews: Organize and lead weekly progress reviews to ensure milestones are met and projects are on track, and report blockers to stakeholder meetings.
Focus on Definition of Done: Implement strategies to enhance the project understanding of DoD of a live data product, that is expected to evolve right after project go-live.
