Technicians use the company’s T3 platform on laptops or tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and quickly diagnose equipment issues. They perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for both rental and customer‑owned machinery, while exercising independent judgment and adhering to safe work practices.
Additional duties include training lower‑level technicians, maintaining accurate electronic documentation, assisting with equipment and parts pick‑up and delivery, and traveling to customer sites as a field mechanic when needed.
