Prepare specifications and quotations from customer enquiries
Prepare and submit tenders in line with the specification of the client and the technical expertise of WysePower
Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Complete all duties in accordance with the requirements of the WysePower operating procedure and Health & Safety Policy
Control of depot held stock.
Ensure all sites are compliant with NICEIC requirements including the management of periodic testing requirements.
Contract management and value engineering of projects to maximise margins
Regular site visits / inspections
Actively seek and follow-up sales opportunities and carry out sales visits
Ensure works are completed to programme, within budget and payments received
Provide continuous power loads and lighting level data on existing projects and utilise information for future projects
Maintain and take ownership of NICEIC accreditation and requirements.
Promotion and implementation of operative incentive scheme
Procurement of labour, materials and plant to complete site based activities
Carry out all aspects of Contract Management for a number of allocated contracts from initial enquiry to final account and ensure that margins are maximised.
