- Assist in billing, collections, and customer purchase order administration, including system automation and acquisition-related integration.
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks.
- Support Accounts Receivable processes including credit administration, standing orders and accrual tracking to ensure accurate revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Design, operate, and monitor revenue-related controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the Director of Revenue Operations in team coordination and project execution.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based queries and Power BI dashboards for recurring and ad hoc reporting.
- Investigate and resolve issues impacting revenue operations, escalating to executive management as needed.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across revenue operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with administering and managing customer purchase orders/work orders.
