This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

You will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.

Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims
Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters
Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm's clients in PA

This is a fully remote role. You must live near Scranton and MUST BE admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Must be currently admitted to practice law in PA (multi-state admission would be amazing)
Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm
