In the Window Install Helper role you will install home‑remodeling products following Mad City standards, perform finish work as needed, and communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment. You will also complete a carpentry job checklist together with the homeowner at the end of the job.
Candidates must have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience, including work with window replacements or wrapping. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong communication and customer‑service skills, and the ability to interact clearly with homeowners and team members are required.
The position offers a base hourly wage of $20, a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, and a potential earnings ceiling of $80,000 per year.
