The Manager, Real Estate (Underwriting & Financial Analyst) will work closely with senior team members in creating and maintaining asset level models, internal and external reporting, and administration of ongoing portfolio activity. The successful candidate will also be expected to support Flow’s Investments function by way of supporting due-diligence and underwriting efforts for new transactions, in addition to supporting management of the existing portfolio to maximize investment performance.
Support cross-functional communication and project execution with Flow’s operational teams
Prepare analysis and materials for internal working group meetings to support asset strategy for the firm’s active portfolio
Support preparation of investment committee memorandums describing potential new investments and rationale for key decisions on active portfolio
Analyze market data/research and produce market activity reports to summarize key data in the firm’s active and target investment markets
Perform qualitative and quantitative business, financial, and other due diligence in conjunction with potential new investment opportunities
Create/maintain property-level models and analysis
Support preparation of CapEx and OpEx budgets, re-forecasts, and investment models; evaluate ROI on capex and leasing initiatives
On-going engagement with property management and revenue teams to track performance (revenue, occupancy, leasing activity) and building-level KPIs to ensure assets are delivered against business plan targets

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive underwriting professional to join our growing real estate team in Riyadh. This role is critical to the day-to-day performance and long-term success of our real estate portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or similar)
Experience in supporting transaction processes including new acquisition onboarding, financing, and dispositions.
Extremely well organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills. fluency in English required, Arabic proficiency preferred
4-8 years of applicable professional experience in real estate private equity, real estate related finance, real estate brokerage, or quantitative analytics role
Proficient in creating cash flow projection models, sell/hold analysis, and ROI analysis
Deep understanding of multifamily property financial reports and operations
This is a high-impact position suited to a candidate with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and - ideally - prior experience with financial analysis and underwriting in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East.
