Actively participate in the trade forecasting in conjunction with the Engineers
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of all controls required for the effective management of the Head Contract e.g. variation register etc.
Provide support to the project team for the effective management of subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with the contract terms (including any security of payment requirements).
Review of legitimacy of, and undertake the assessment of, subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction team.
Provide support in the development and maintenance of the project agreement templates (including subcontract agreements, supply agreements, professional services agreements etc.)
Provide support in the development and implementation of forecasting and cost control processes / strategy, including the identification of roles and responsibilities within the project team to permit open and transparent reporting.
Observe and ensure that the procurement control is maintained and current in its content.
Under the direction of the Commercial / Contract Manager, support the implementation of the project's commercial and contractual strategies.
