Manage financial due diligence processes from initial discussions to closing, working closely with consultants, internal and external counsel, technical, and development teams.
Support the execution and structuring of financing transactions, including construction and term debt, tax equity, corporate facilities, minority equity sales and interest rate management.
Support the coordination of amendments, consents, and other requests on executed financing agreements.
Work collaboratively across the business to provide financing guidance and support, including potential project acquisitions and offtake pricing with Commercial teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for renewable energy projects, including underwriting analysis and return sensitivities.
Review project documentation used to support consultant reports and due diligence responses.
Coordinate deliverables and reporting across cross-functional teams in support of financial close.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
Ability to work effectively within a rapidly changing organization.
Proficiency and proven experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, solar energy technologies, and project finance principles
Ability to work in the Washington, D.C. office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence.
