Description

• Reach and exceed sales targets for Plumbing World products and drive sales
• Development of customer contact strategies
• Execute the Plumbing World brand professionally, drive sales, and ensure best practice
• Ensuring business plans support and align with existing and future contracts
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Deliver commercially viable sales plans in line with the overall company sales strategy
• Prospecting and growing Plumbing World’s sales and margin
• Troubleshoot on-site with customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Supporting the Branch Manager & team to deliver a high level of customer experience
• Identifying additional development and engaging directly with relevant stakeholders
• Acquiring new customers and building a strong sales pipeline
• Preparing quotes and tenders in accordance with company's sales and pricing policy
• Maintaining regular and efficient service to customers in your territory & beyond
• Work with inside sales and other branch staff to meet customer needs
• Implementing strategic growth initiatives
• Lead, develop and manage stakeholder relationships
• Building relationships with our customers to better understand their unique business needs

Requirements

• Excellent execution of brand activity within accounts and engagement with key clients
• NZ Full driver’s licence
