Prepare and review detailed engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
Serve as the key liaison between the civil/structural team and other project stakeholders.
Facilitate regular interface meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with all project partners to foster a collaborative and integrated project environment.

Ensure that all design changes are effectively communicated and coordinated across all affected disciplines.
Perform and oversee complex structural analysis and design for a variety of structures, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
Maintain a comprehensive interface register to document, track, and report on the status of all identified interface points.
Provide expert technical guidance on the integration of structural systems with other building and infrastructure components.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
Wearing proper PPE, to include face mask, face shields, gloves, safety shoes, etc.
Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RISA), as well as BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., ASCE, ACI, AISC, IBC).
Professional Engineer (PE) license in TN is preferred.
Interdisciplinary Design Coordination: Proficient in reviewing and integrating architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and 3D models.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis is required.
Ability to proactively collect, manage and transfer knowledge.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

System Knowledge: Understands the spatial, routing, and load implications of MEP systems on structural & architectural design.
A Structural Engineer (SE) license is a significant advantage.
