

Travel to client sites and project locations for meetings, surveys and training as needed.
Lead and manage end-to-end Electrical Design for projects of varying scale, ensuring excellent client service.
Collaborate with other offices and teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who can lead technical delivery, mentor junior engineers and drive best-in-class engineering standards. You’ll take ownership of full electrical design delivery across projects of all sizes while collaborating closely with other disciplines.
Oversee quality control for electrical engineering outputs across multiple teams.
Manage project costs and contribute to overall financial performance.
Coordinate and support both project teams and cross-functional groups.
Capable of leading projects internally and externally, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability and repeat business.
Chartership desirable.
BIM experience advantageous.

Expertise in the following areas: Lighting and Emergency Lighting, Small Power and Data, Fire Alarms, CCTV and Intruder Systems, MV/LV Power Distribution, Containment and BMS.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and installation.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritising effectively.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to make prompt, informed decisions.
6+ years’ experience in Building Services Consultancy design.
Strong theoretical and practical grounding in electrical engineering, with a good understanding of related building services disciplines.
Strong commercial awareness.
Proven ability to deliver detailed designs through the full design cycle.
Advanced user of Amtech and Relux/Dialux.
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
