What you would be doing

- Prepare and manage documentation for calibration activities.
- Comply with 5S/MESH requirements.
- Prepare and distribute status reports, as required, of centralized records.
- Responsible for ensuring safety standards as well as policies established by Eaton.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Maintain and update the calibration database.
- Collect, process, and publish quality reports related to the manufacturing processes.
- Attend all Safety, Health, and Environmental training, as assigned.
- Open Quality Alerts to notify personnel about the claim issue.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty activities and generate reports as needed.
- Calibration Management
- Monitor and follow up on calibration-related purchase orders.
- Process warranty claims through Eaton’s Electronic Warranty Claim System (EWCS).
- Identify items due for calibration and coordinate services.

- Associate degree in engineering.
- Prior experience in calibration systems and warranty claim processing or Technical Writer position in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Lean concepts.
