• Experience with leasing apartments

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Must be a Fast learner and Sales Driven
• Must be able to travel nationwide
• Knowledge on how to close a deal!
• Must be available to travel weeks at a time
• Must have experience working with Tax Credit properties
