Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Perform cost analysis and manage project cash flow to ensure budget adherence.
Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
Ensure compliance with all statutory building regulations and client specifications.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to discuss and resolve cost-related issues.
Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets.
Assess project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure costs are controlled.
Maintain accurate records of project financial performance and prepare regular reports.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) preferred.
Full driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Engaging and challenging projects with a leading construction firm.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, Bluebeam).
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
