- Monitor implementation progress to ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Assess technical options, evaluate emerging technologies, and conduct technical proofs of concept (PoC) to validate proposed designs, reduce technical risk, and minimize uncertainty in level of effort.
- Develop and document detailed technical infrastructure solution designs and specifications to guide the implementation team.
- Estimate the level of effort (LoE) required for technical specifications and collaborate with Project Managers on comprehensive resource planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous process improvement within the delivery function to enhance efficiency and accelerate time-to-market for new infrastructure services.
- Decompose high-level technical solution specifications into actionable work packages, documenting prerequisites, dependencies, and risk for the delivery team.
- Own the suitability and compliance of the delivered technical solution architecture, ensuring it meets all functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
- Delegate and orchestrate the workload across the team, ensuring efficient resource utilization and alignment with project timelines and priorities.
- Manage, lead, and mentor the technical team responsible for infrastructure delivery, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and technical mastery.
