Support onboarding of new employees and technology adoption initiatives
Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and deliver technological solutions
Support software integrations and security configurations
Work collaboratively with IT team members on projects of all sizes
Monitor the M365 roadmap, plan phased deployments, and provide insights to leadership
Manage licensing, feature rollouts, and automation using PowerShell or Graph API
Troubleshoot and maintain PC and network hardware
Share knowledge and cross-train on various systems to build team resilience
Provide end-user support on all levels within our internal ticketing system
Support M&A integration activities by migrating acquired companies onto our technology platforms
Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Streamline processes like joiner/mover/leaver workflows to reduce manual effort
Create training materials, instructional guides, and video content using tools like Loom, Scribe, and Camtasia
Manage software license administration
Lead and contribute to technology projects including system migrations, new office buildouts, and enterprise application deployments
Administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 tenant and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure)
Participate in evaluating, testing, and implementing new technologies that enhance business operations
Document systems and processes to enable team efficiency and business continuity

Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Thorough technical knowledge of networks, personal computers, telephone systems, software integration, and cyber-security.
Project management experience or exposure
Extensive knowledge of Cloud based infrastructures, including storage and hosting solutions like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Experience in all aspects of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing prompt customer service.
Experience migration or integration project environments preferred.
Proficiency in sourcing and selecting the best solutions for computing hardware, software, and related services.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science or Information Technology) or Associate’s degree in Network Administration and/or Computer Programming or equivalent education/experience preferred.
Solid understanding of networks, security best practices, and software integration.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure) including storage and hosting solutions.
Experience with migration or integration projects (M&A, system consolidations, tenant-to-tenant moves)
Proficiency with PC and network hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
May be required to life up to 15 pounds.
Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and all its components.
PowerShell or API scripting experience
Basic skills in image and video editing for the creation of interactive training content (experience with tools such as Loom, Scribe, Camtasia, or similar).
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a customer service mindset.
Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating training content
5+ years of hands-on IT experience in diverse technology environments.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practice.
Must have a satisfactory background check.
This is an office desk position with no significant physical exertion required.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across departments.
