The planner leads demand planning, coordinates inventory redistribution and return strategies, and delivers accurate operational performance reporting. Core responsibilities include enhancing customer experience by driving fill rates, managing strategic stock, overseeing sales stock and obsolescence, and optimizing inventory parameters. The role collaborates with logistics and warehouse teams, leads stock optimization initiatives, prepares management summaries for returns, scrapping, and centralization, and participates in regional and global projects.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least three years of supply chain purchasing or planning experience. Required skills include advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Logility, System 21, Aurora, Maximo), strong negotiation and communication abilities, and general business acumen; regional travel may be required.
