- Plans & Aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery with ZEWS overall strategic goals, and ensure individual projects contribute to the broader objectives of Indirect Procurement.
- Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
- Monitor the performance of various programs and projects, tracking key metrics, and generate reports for leadership to make informed decisions. This includes evaluating project outcomes against predefined goals and KPIs.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to success
- 3+ years experience with project management, implementation, and/or technical consultant; PMP Certification, AgilePM and/or ScrumMaster (CSM) a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationships
- Continuous improvement mindset, including the ability to innovate and simplify legacy processes.
- Able to act and make independent decisions as well as work effectively in a team environment
- Decision Quality – Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage complex projects.
