- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, align processes, and support strategic initiatives like territory planning and resource allocation

- Analyze sales data and trends to build accurate dashboards, reports, and forecasts that enhance visibility into pipeline health, quota attainment, and market opportunities
- Maintain transparency by building reports and dashboards that track quota attainment, commission calculations, and overall incentive effectiveness
- Develop reporting and insights on marketing and sales campaigns to measure effectiveness, ROI, and impact on pipeline generation
