Branch Manager

• Meet with potential clients, present proposals, and follow up to secure projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety.
• Serve as the escalation point for project or client issues within the branch.
• Supervise and support the Regional ops manager within the branch.
• Be accountable for branch revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive sales growth within the Bay Area by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Partner with the Estimating team to support bids and proposals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff in coordination with HR and Regional Ops Manager.

JJ&S Environmental Services is seeking a Branch Manager Manager to join our team in California and help us grow, while ensuring smooth operations across our regions. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, people manager, and process optimizer who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and can effectively lead a growing team.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience handling client escalations.
• Deep knowledge of project delivery, budgeting, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring managers and supervisors, with responsibility for 20+ team members across multiple functions.
• Proficiency in tools/software for project management, reporting, and team coordination.
• Proven track record of driving branch-level growth, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Spanish language skills (verbal) are a plus.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, project-based environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, or branch/business management within environmental services, construction, restoration, or related industries.
• Strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
