The Regional Practice Leader – Survey and Mapping will lead the growth of the Survey and Mapping practice in Florida, expanding market share, developing new clients and services, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex surveying projects.
- Lead growth of the Florida Survey practice by expanding market share and service offerings.
- Identify and develop new clients, markets, and surveying opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Mentor and supervise practice leaders and survey managers, building high‑performance teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top surveying talent while fostering a collaborative culture focused on quality and safety.
- Serve as Principal‑in‑Charge or Senior Project Manager on major surveying projects and maintain executive‑level client relationships.
- Represent KCI at industry events, professional organizations, and client meetings throughout Florida.

- Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper in Florida with at least 15 years of surveying project experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of progressive AEC industry experience (or equivalent).
- Proven business development and client relationship management track record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed and ability to complete KCI PM and Contract training within six months.
- Preferred: Master’s/MBA and additional professional licenses or certifications.
