- Conduct site visits across London and the South of England to monitor compliance and support project teams.
- Liaise with external bodies, clients, and stakeholders on SHEQ matters.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to SHEQ teams and site staff.
- Champion best practices in health, safety, environmental sustainability, and quality assurance.
- Develop and oversee SHEQ strategy aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.

- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Influence strategic decisions and shape the future of SHEQ in luxury construction.

- In-depth, comprehensive knowledge of UK health & safety legislation, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
