- Encourage the use of commercial and economic principles for performance evaluation within the Directorate. Coordinate with corporate communication for public launch events promoting ADNOC L&S branding.
- Contribute to developing innovative service delivery methods and identify automation prospects.
- Administer digital business engagements to promote IT integration and spearhead digital projects with various teams.
- Supervise essential business processes crucial for achieving business excellence.

- Management skills of multi-cultural background, interpersonal, leadership, communication, planning, decision making, prioritization, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management Discipline or marine related discipline.
- Extensive experience in Operations including various processes and mechanical systems in oil field installation.
- Excellent knowledge of HSE aspects and requirements as approved to international standards.
- 10 years of experience in Logistics Operation and Production activities including field and office experience in Production, Operations, Integrity, and Engineering.
