Finance Manager

Description

• Coordinate with external auditors
• Manage project costing, cost allocation, and budget tracking
• Prepare cash flow projections for daily operations
• Provide financiais insights for new development projects
• Implement robust internal controls
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financiais standards
• Oversee payroll, end-of-service calculations, and staff cost allocation
• Support tender costing and financial evaluation
• Verify LPOs, progress billings, and payment requests
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and monitoring of work progress
• Review supplier and subcontractor contracts
• Coordinate with project managers to control project costs
• Oversee banking, payments, and funding activities
• Assist senior management in strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support manpower cost planning with HR
• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure timely collections
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of project-based accounting & cost control
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA) are a strong advantage
• 7-9 years of UAE experience in real estate development and/or construction (mandatory)
